Program Description

This intensive program will enable students to advance businesses at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels by improving processes, products, and services through technology. Students will become a robust and valuable professional who is confident in bridging the gap between business and technology through their  development of exceptional communication, leader, problem-solving, planning, and critical thinking skills. Students will also gain an understanding of how to perform elicitations, write specifications, create and use models, evaluate opportunities, analyze information, negotiate deals, provide quality assurance, and work through difficult situations.

As a graduate from the program, students will ask the right questions, get the right answers, and use appropriate analysis techniques to drill into the details to obtain meaningful insight. Students will be confident in making recommendations, and when students communicate with stakeholders, students will not just get sign-offs; students will get buy-in.
