BA(Hons) Animation degree course, students will learn screen-based 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, title sequences, narrative, and video editing for promotional design, infographics, and music promotion.

Emphasis is placed on creative and imaginative outcomes at Brighton, where the boundaries between digital and analogue processes are blurred, and alternative and innovative approaches to narrative construction, visualisation, and interaction are embraced.

Students will have the opportunity to learn in a city with a thriving digital industry and benefit from connections with local media organizations for work experience, field trips, collaboration, and live projects.

Theory and practice are integrated to provide students with a strong foundation in both fields. Throughout the animation degree program, students will experience a variety of design approaches, learn from industry professionals, and utilize specialist software and equipment.
