Program Description
The International Foundation Year prepares students for university with English language and study skills practice, as well as subject-specific teaching. When students complete the programme, they will progress to the first year of their undergraduate degree. This pathway allows students to progress to degrees in subjects including accounting, business management, financial mathematics and many more. Students choose a route depending on which undergraduate degree they plan to study. There are three routes: Accounting and Finance, Business, and Economics. Which route students choose impacts the modules they will study.
Cardiff University International Study Centre puts students on the path to an exciting future in business. The International Foundation Year develops students' subject knowledge and English language skills, ready for their undergraduate degree. All undergraduate degrees have the option of a professional placement year, giving students the chance to apply their knowledge in a practical setting.
