Program Description

This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre at the University of Sussex followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Sussex. In your International Foundation Year, you will study courses related to your intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into your intended program depends upon the successful completion of the pathway program.

In the International Foundation Year in Sciences & Engineering, you will explore and begin to understand the power of engineering and science in the real world. While you begin to learn the technical aspects of your desired degree program you will also be provided with a critical outlook and approach employers want in your chosen field.

Study in one of the UK’s largest schools of psychology, where you will learn from passionate academics who are world-leaders in the areas that they teach.

You can tailor your course by choosing from an extensive range of modules and be confident that you’ll be supported by expert staff throughout your degree. Whatever your interest – clinical, child development, cognitive, forensic, health, social and applied psychology or neuroscience – we have the expertise to support you.

You’ll enjoy some of the most advanced research facilities for studying psychology anywhere in the country. These include a child development research suite and a human psychophysiology laboratory.
