The International Foundation Year at Leeds International Study Centre helps students  to progress to there  chosen undergraduate degree at Leeds Beckett University. They  will spend two semesters in the supportive environment of the International Study Centre, working with expert tutors in order to confidently enter the first year of students undergraduate degree at the University.

Explore a series of real world concerns as a starting point from which to look at issues in contemporary political theory. By looking at issues such as freedom, equality, violence and rights, students  will attempt to provoke critical engagement and reflection on the contested nature of contemporary political theory.
