Graduates of the Reception and Customer Service program are prepared to assume roles at a front desk or in customer service. Student will develop the skills and strategies required to interact with customers professionally and appropriately in a diverse business environment.
This certificate program prepares students to use various office equipment and technologies while gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement, scheduling appointments, document system maintenance, purchasing, and inventory management. Through multiple projects, case studies, and interactive learning opportunities, students will develop the workplace skills needed to support all phases of their career.
